Drop new, unwrapped toys at any Loudoun fire station, including five in and near Ashburn, from Oct. 26 to Dec. 4. Last year's drive collected over 4,400.

Loudoun County’s fire and rescue stations start taking toys for children in need on Monday. The “Heroes for the Holidays” toy drive runs through Friday, Dec. 4.

Any of the county’s fire and rescue stations will take new, unwrapped toys, according to the county’s announcement. This is the drive’s second year. The first, in 2025, collected more than 4,400 toys for children in Loudoun County. It also raised more than $3,700 for the nonprofits the firefighters support, the county said.

The Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System runs the drive with the Loudoun Career Fire Fighters Foundation and International Association of Fire Fighters Local 3756.
