One Loudoun is the closest thing Ashburn has to a downtown. Ashburn is unincorporated and has no town-run downtown, and One Loudoun fills that role: a walkable grid of restaurants, stores, a cinema, offices and homes built around a plaza at 20626 Easthampton Plaza. Its own description is a “lifestyle mixed-use community.” Kite Realty manages and leases the center.
