Ashburn’s Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants cluster at One Loudoun, where bartaco and Uncle Julio’s sit a short walk apart, and in the Ashburn Village and Creek View shopping centers. Fast-casual counters and Taco Bells fill in Broadlands, Belmont Chase and Waxpool Road.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records with an Ashburn address, the data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 19, 2026. We added places from the Virginia Department of Health’s restaurant inspection records and the One Loudoun directory, and kept every place only where its own site gives an Ashburn address or the health department shows an active permit. Ashburn is not a city, so “Ashburn” here means an Ashburn mailing address. We dropped Rebel Taco at Brambleton, which has closed. The list is alphabetical. Anita’s New Mexico Style Mexican Food is a Northern Virginia chain cooking New Mexico-style dishes. Its Ice Rink Plaza restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offers pickup, catering and delivery.

bartaco at One Loudoun is a full-service restaurant serving tacos and globally influenced street food with fresh-squeezed cocktails. Happy hour runs 3 to 6 p.m. on weekdays.

Bebop Korean Mexican Grill on Ashburn Road mixes Korean and Mexican food: burritos, tacos, bowls and quesadillas with bulgogi and other Korean fillings, plus burgers and wings.

Casa Tequila Bar & Grill in the Ashburn Village shopping center is one of five Northern Virginia locations listed on its site, with food and drink menus, reservations and parties.

Chipotle has three Ashburn restaurants, at Belmont Chase, on Ryan Road and on Yukon Drive, serving burritos, bowls and tacos made to order.

Los Toltecos is a Mexican restaurant at the Broadlands Village Center. Its web address returned an error when we checked; the health department shows an active permit.

Moe’s Southwest Grill on Waxpool Road makes burritos, quesadillas and tacos from more than 20 ingredients, with kids’, vegetarian and catering options.

Parrando’s Tex-Mex Grill on Creek View Plaza offers full table and bar service with indoor seating and an outdoor patio. It takes reservations and caters.

Qdoba at Ashbrook Commons serves burritos, bowls and tacos, with catering.

Señor Tequila’s is a Mexican grill and bar at Loudoun Station. We found no website; the health department shows an active permit.

Taco Bell has three Ashburn restaurants with posted hours. The Farmwell Hunt store shares a building with KFC. A fourth Taco Bell on Defender Drive holds a health permit but does not appear in the chain’s store finder, so we left it out.

Taco Zocalo began as a food truck and now has two Ashburn counters, in the University Commerce Center on George Washington Boulevard and on Beaumeade Circle. We found no website; the health department shows active permits for both.

Uncle Julio’s at One Loudoun serves mesquite-grilled fajitas, guacamole and other Tex-Mex dishes, according to its listing in the One Loudoun directory.
