Four Ashburn barbecue places: Carolina Brothers on the W&OD Trail, Addy's in Broadlands and two Korean barbecue spots, with hours and phone numbers.

Last checked Oct. 19, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Ashburn has one traditional pit barbecue restaurant, Carolina Brothers on Ashburn Road beside the W&OD Trail in Old Ashburn, plus Addy’s in Broadlands. Two Korean barbecue spots, at the Ashburn Farm and Creek View shopping centers, round out the list.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records with an Ashburn address, the data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 19, 2026. We added places from the Virginia Department of Health’s restaurant inspection records, and kept a place only where its own site gives an Ashburn address. Ashburn is not a city, so “Ashburn” here means an Ashburn mailing address. We left out Black Hog BBQ on Riverside Commons Plaza, which is still in OpenStreetMap but which its own site no longer lists, and a barbecue food truck. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.

The places

Addy’s Barbeque in the Broadlands Village Center offers carryout and online ordering. Its menu includes smash burgers, masala fries, mac and cheese and onion rings alongside its barbecue. Its site gives Saturday’s opening time as 12:15 a.m., which may be a typo, so call ahead.

Carolina Brothers Pit BBQ is a family-owned, fast-casual restaurant serving Eastern North Carolina-style barbecue: baby back ribs, smoked pork, chicken and beef with Southern sides. It sits beside the W&OD Trail and has a large pet-friendly patio under umbrellas. Some items are sold only on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, and it offers full-service catering.

Gogi Go Go on Creek View Plaza serves Korean barbecue in rice bowls, the dish its home page features.

Honey Pig Korean BBQ is at the Ashburn Farm Market Center, by the Giant. It offers all-you-can-eat options and DoorDash delivery. Seating is first come, first served; it takes phone reservations only for parties of eight or more, 24 hours ahead.
