Ashburn’s bakeries sit in three clusters: One Loudoun (Tatte and the Bake N’ Flake container), Brambleton (Paris Baguette and bkd Bagels on neighboring plazas) and Ashbrook Marketplace (Tous Les Jours). American Kolache and Panera fill in near Waxpool Road.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records with an Ashburn address, the data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 19, 2026. We added places from the Virginia Department of Health’s restaurant inspection records and the One Loudoun directory, and kept a place only where its own site gives an Ashburn address or a second official source shows it open. Ashburn is not a city, so “Ashburn” here means an Ashburn mailing address. We left out The Difference Baker on Ashburn Road, whose site blocked us and which we could not confirm another way; doughnut shops are on our breakfast and coffee list. The list is alphabetical. American Kolache on Ice Rink Plaza bakes savory and sweet kolaches every day and sells coffee. Online orders are ready in five to 10 minutes.

Bake N’ Flake By Swetha is a boutique cake shop in the Four Corners container park at One Loudoun. Its One Loudoun listing describes whipped cream cakes with Indian-inspired flavors, custom celebration cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. We found no website of its own.

bkd Bagels in Brambleton bakes bagels and sells catering and preordered casseroles.

Panera Bread on Greenway Corporate Drive is the bakery-cafe chain’s Ashburn store. Its page blocked us; the health department shows an active permit.
