Breakfast in Ashburn is spread across its shopping centers. One Loudoun has Tatte, Ted’s Bulletin and a Starbucks within a block; Brambleton has Another Broken Egg and bkd Bagels; Ice Rink Plaza and Pipeline Plaza off Waxpool Road have early openers.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records with an Ashburn address, the data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 19, 2026. We added places from the Virginia Department of Health’s restaurant inspection records, and kept a place only where its own site gives an Ashburn address or the health department shows an active permit. Ashburn is not a city, so “Ashburn” here means an Ashburn mailing address, which takes in Brambleton and Broadlands. Starbucks hours come from its own store finder. Where a store page would not load for us, the row says so. Panera Bread is on our bakeries list. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. American Kolache on Ice Rink Plaza bakes savory and sweet kolaches daily and sells coffee, with online orders ready in five to 10 minutes.

Anita’s New Mexico Style Mexican Food on Ice Rink Plaza opens before dawn for breakfast, then serves lunch and dinner.

Another Broken Egg Cafe in Brambleton serves Southern-inspired breakfast, brunch and lunch with a full bar, vegetarian and gluten-friendly menus, and catering. It closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Ashburn Bagel Shop in Farmwell Hunt takes orders online. Its site does not post hours.

bkd Bagels in Brambleton sells bagels, catering and preordered casseroles. It has three more shops in Leesburg and Purcellville.

Blend Coffee Bar in the Southern Walk center in Broadlands also runs a bookable party bar next door.

Dunkin’ has four Ashburn stores with active health permits. Its store pages would not load for us; the one at Ashbrook Marketplace is paired with Baskin-Robbins.

European Crepes & Eats on Riverside Commons Plaza in Lansdowne makes crepes. We found no website; the health department shows an active permit.

Famous Toastery at Loudoun Station serves all-day breakfast and lunch. Its location finder would not load for us; the health department issued a new permit in 2026.

Haraz Coffee House on Parkhurst Plaza is part of a national coffee chain that lists Ashburn among its Virginia shops.

IHOP on Pipeline Plaza serves pancakes and breakfast with dine-in, takeout, curbside pickup and delivery, and late-night food.

Peet’s Coffee has two Ashburn cafes, on Ryan Road in Brambleton and at Belmont Chase.

Silver Diner on Heron Overlook Plaza is a diner with carryout and car-hop curbside service, and a daily happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m.

SR Coffee Co is a coffee shop at the Ashburn Farm Market Center on Junction Plaza. Its web address shows no content; the health department shows an active permit.

Starbucks has six stand-alone Ashburn cafes listed above. It also runs counters inside three Harris Teeter stores: 41415 Ryan Road and 43300 Southern Walk Plaza, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, and 20070 Ashbrook Commons Plaza, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Tatte Bakery & Cafe at One Loudoun serves coffee, pastries, breakfast plates and tartines.
