Black Friday is Friday, Nov. 27, 2026, and Small Business Saturday follows on Nov. 28. Ashburn’s holiday shopping runs through three kinds of places: the enclosed mall at Dulles Town Center just east of town, the walkable streets of One Loudoun and the town centers in Ashburn’s planned communities, and the outlets in Leesburg. None of the big centers had posted Black Friday hours when we checked on Oct. 18; we will add them here as they come out. We do not list prices or deals.

Dulles Town Center is the enclosed mall closest to Ashburn, with JCPenney and Macy’s among its anchors. Its hours page shows the center’s daily hours and, separately, store hours, which can differ on holidays.

One Loudoun is Ashburn’s own shopping street, a mix of boutiques, restaurants and services around a plaza at 20626 Easthampton Plaza. New stores this fall include Monkee’s of Loudoun on Exchange Street, which opened Oct. 15-18. There is no single center schedule; check each shop. Leesburg Premium Outlets, 241 Fort Evans Road NE in Leesburg, about seven miles northwest, is the closest outlet center.

Small Business Saturday, Nov. 28

Small Business Saturday, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, is the day to shop Ashburn’s independent stores: the boutiques at One Loudoun and the shops at Brambleton Town Center, Lansdowne Town Center and the neighborhood centers in Ashburn Village and Ashburn Farm. Holiday markets

  • PRCS WinterFest winter market, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at Hal and Berni Hanson Regional Park, 22831 Hanson Park Drive, south of Brambleton. The county lists a winter market alongside Santa, ice sculptures and train rides; vendors are still to be announced.

Getting there

Dulles Town Center sits at the Route 7 and Route 28 interchange, and the Leesburg outlets are off Route 7 at Fort Evans Road. Check VDOT’s 511 Virginia map before you leave, and see our road construction and closures page. Loudoun County Transit has no service on Thanksgiving Day and a significantly reduced schedule on Black Friday, according to its holiday schedule.
